Eric Brand is sold with a limited one year warranty against manufacturing defects. Eric Brand will replace or repair at its sole discretion any component part of the furniture as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.

Eric Brand does not warrant against:

• Damage in shipping or transit
• Woods or veneers aging over time
• Marks in leather
• Pitting or cracks in marble
• Scratching, etching or water stains on marble
• Failure from use or abuse or normal wear and tear
• Fading, color fastness or non-performance of COM/COL
• Hardware or electrical components not supplied by Eric Brand (If possible Eric Brand will pass through to the original purchaser any warranty supplied by other manufacturers).
• Furniture that has been exposed to extreme weather conditions or improper storage.
• Loss of time , inconvenience, commercial loss, or incidental damages.

Delay/Force Majeure

Eric Brand shall not be liable for failure to perform or for delay in performance due to fire, flood, strike or other labor difficulty, act of God, act of any governmental authority or of the Purchaser, riot, embargo, fuel or energy shortage, wrecks or delay in transportation, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities from usual sources or failure of suppliers to meet their contractual obligations, or due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. If any such event occurs, Seller may extend delivery dates by a period of time necessary to overcome the effect of such delay, allocate available Product or cancel any purchase order.
